Gluten-Free Sesame Linguine

Ingredients

  • One 8-ounce box Ancient Harvest Gluten Free Linguine
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons tahini (runny)
  • 2 – 2 ½ tablespoons gluten-free tamari
  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 ½ teaspoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon grated garlic
  • ½ – 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • Optional toppings: Sliced green onions, sesame seeds, additional sriracha

Directions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions, until slightly al dente.
  2. Drain and rinse in a colander with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  3. Meanwhile, whisk all dressing ingredients together until smooth.
  4. Toss with linguine in the cooking pot until well coated and heat through (or serve chilled).
  5. If desired, top with sliced green onion, sesame seeds, and more sriracha.
