Ingredients

  • 1 box Ancient Harvest Veggie Pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • Boil pasta according to package directions
  • Heat olive oil up in a man on medium heat, add 2 tbsp butter and whisk until melted. Add in 1 tbsp flour and whisk for about 2-3 min to make a rue.
  • Slowly add in 1/2 cup of heavy cream and continue to whisk.
  • Once it’s thickening, add in pasta and 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes (in oil) and Garlic cloves and stir until full combined.
