Ingredients
1 box Ancient Harvest Veggie Pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
2-3 Garlic cloves
2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Flour
½ cup Heavy Cream
¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil
Salt and pepper
Directions
Boil pasta according to package directions
Heat olive oil up in a man on medium heat, add 2 tbsp butter and whisk until melted. Add in 1 tbsp flour and whisk for about 2-3 min to make a rue.
Slowly add in ½ cup of heavy cream and continue to whisk.
Once it’s thickening, add in pasta and ¼ cup sun dried tomatoes (in oil) and Garlic cloves and stir until full combined.
