Sun Dried Tomatoes, Veggies and Cheese Protein Pasta

Enjoy this pasta dish @chan_taemac. This recipe was made with Ancient Harvest plant-based protein green lentil penne pasta.

Ingredients

1 box of Ancient Harvest plant-based protein green lentil penne pasta, cooked according to packaging
½ cup sun dried tomatoes, julienned
1 tsp garlic, chopped finely
¼ cup half and half
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated finely
¼ cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 cup of spinach, chopped
2 zucchinis, grated

Directions

Sauté sun dried tomatoes and garlic, then added half and half, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella.

Next, added spinach and some sautéed zucchini. Add the cooked penne pasta, mix and serve warm.
