700g Butternut Squash
60g Grape Tomatoes
45g Onion
Basil
100g Half & Half
14g Olive Oil
6oz Ancient Harvest Supergrain Pasta
Garlic & Onion Powder
Salt & Pepper
Place butternut squash, tomatoes, onion, and basil on a cooking sheet.
Add spices and olive oil. Place in a 375-degree oven and cook for about 25-30 minutes (or until soft).
Add to a blender and blend.
Place sauce in a pan and add half and half.
Mix and allow to sit for about 10 minutes.
Add pasta and add a choice of toppings!
