15 Min Savory Quinoa Breakfast Bowl


Enjoy this Quinoa Bowl Recipe by @tastytourist. We used Ancient Harvest Traditional Quinoa to make this dish.


¼ cup Ancient Harvest Traditionnal Quinoa
½ cup of broth
1 Tbs EVOO
1 Cup Kale
5 Cherry Tomatoes
½ Avocado
Pickled Red Onions (optional)
1 egg
1 Tbs of Pesto


Boil broth & add dry quinoa. You can add it right to the pot! Cook for 15 mins & fluff with a fork.

While that is cooking add olive oil to a pan with kale & cherry tomatoes. Let this cook for about 7 mins until the kale wilts and the tomatoes are blistered. Stir occasionally.

Build your bowl starting with your quinoa, then add your kale and tomatoes, avocado, pickled red onions, egg, and pesto! It’s savory, it has complex carbs, it has protein, all the things you want to kick start your day on the right foot.
