Air fried chili lime mahi-mahi topped with mangos and avocados


Enjoy this Quinoa Cake by Healthy Homes (FB). We used Ancient Harvest Harmony Quinoa to make this dish.


1 cup Ancient Harvest Harmony Quinoa
4 mahi-mahi filets
½ tbsp chili lime seasoning
1 fresh mango, cut in cubes
2 avocadoes, cut thinly
1 pack asparagus, cut in 1”


Cook the quinoa according to package instructions.

Cook 4 mahi-mahi filets in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 350 degrees.

Sauté the asparagus, divide everything into 4 plates.

Sprinkle on chili lime seasoning and then top with chopped mangos and avocados.
