1 cup Ancient Harvest Power Blend
½ cup cucumber, chopped
2 tbsp mint, chopped
¼ cup pistachios
2 tbsp feta, crumbled
1-2 tbsp olive oil
Sea salt to taste
Drizzle of balsamic glaze
Cook Ancient Harvest Power Blend according to the packaging directions.
Cool the Ancient Grain Power Blend and 1 cup and mix with the remaining ingredients! Keep cold after preparing
