Banana & Maple Syrup Overnight Quinoa Flakes

1 cup Ancient Harvest Quinoa Flakes
2 tbsp chia seed
2 cups oat milk, divided into two 1 cup (or any type of milk)
¼ cup walnut, chopped
1 banana, cut in pieces
4 tbsp maple syrup


Mix the chia seed and 1 cup of milk, let it sit for 20 minutes and mix again.
Add the quinoa flakes and the rest of the milk and mix well. You can let it sit overnight but the flakes are very small and thin so it doesn’t need to sit overnight like oat would have to.
Top with the banana, maple syrup, and the walnut before eating.
