Breakfast Quinoa


Enjoy this breakfast quinoa recipe, a version of a porridge gluten-free and is super easy to make! This was created by Elisabeth Michaels


1 cup of Ancient Traditional Harvest Quinoa
2 cups water
1 tbsp cinnamon
½ tsp cardamon
1 banana, mashed


Dry or fresh fruits, chopped nuts, oat milk (or any milk), maple syrup, or your sweetener of choice.



Bring the water to a boil in a medium size pan, once it’s boiling add the quinoa, cinnamon, and cardamom. Stir well and reduce the heat to low cover and cook for 15 minutes.

Remove from the heat and let it rest for another 5-10 minutes, fluff it up, and separate it into two bowls.

Add ½ a banana in each bowl and mix well. Add any toppings you want and enjoy!
