Creamy Salmon Veggie Rotini

Enjoy this Creamy Salmon Veggie Rotini Recipe by @eatwithfarrah. We used Ancient Harvest Grain-Free Veggie Rotini Pasta to make this dish.

Ingredients

1 box of Ancient Harvest Veggie Rotini
1 onion, sliced
2 cups spinach
1 salmon fillet
½ cup heavy cream
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp All-purpose gluten-free flour

Directions

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, add pasta and cook for 8 minutes.

In a separate pan, melt butter, add heavy cream and flour.

Season salmon with salt and pepper, cook on a separate oiled pan for 4 minutes on each side.

Remove from the pan when it’s ready, flake salmon with a fork, and set aside

Sauté onions and spinach using the same pan you cooked the salmon in.

Toss pasta, veggies, and salmon with sauce to coat.
