Crockpot Goulash

This Goulash by @ashleysweeneyrd is an an easy crockpot meal that the kids will love. Finely chopped veggies pack in extra nutrients, while Ancient Harvest Gluten Free Elbows Pasta give it a protein punch.

Total Time: 2 hours


  • 1 lb ground beef (85/15) with 1 tbs olive oil
  • 8 oz Ancient Harvest Gluten Free Elbow Pasta
  • 2-14 ounce cans diced tomatoes, with juice
  • 6 oz can tomato paste
  • 1 large red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup onion, finely diced
  • 3 Tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut aminos
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Parmesan to serve


  1. Brown beef in olive oil.
  2. Add cooked beef and all other ingredients (except pasta) to crockpot.
  3. Cook for 2 hours on high or 4 hours on low.
  4. 10 minutes before your sauce is done, cook the Ancient Harvest Gluten Free Elbow Pasta according to directions.
  5. Combine the cooked elbows and sauce.
  6. Top with optional parmesan.

Tip: Cut the bell pepper and the onion as finely as possible. It sneaks in some extra veggies & nutrients to this kid-friendly dish.
