½ cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Quinoa
¾ cup dark chocolate chips
Make your own puffed quinoa:
Heat a sauce pan over high heat and add quinoa.
Reduce to medium heat and shake pan frequently. Do this for a few minutes or until it starts to smell toasty (you don’t want to burn the quinoa)
Crips:
Melt chocolate. I melted it by doing a double broil. You can also melt it in the microwave with a tsp of oil, stirring after 30 second intervals.
Stir quinoa into melted chocolate.
Scoop a tbsp size of the mixture onto a baking sheet or pie tin and freeze for 15-20 minutes.
Defrost before serving and enjoy!
