Everything but Bagel Gluten Free Pasta

CRQ Penne, Everything But The Bagel Pasta

Enjoy this pasta dish @sayimafoodie. We used Ancient Harvest Corn, Brown Rice and Quinoa gluten free penne pasta to make this dish (inspired by @kalefornia_kravings).

Ingredients

½ box of Ancient Harvest gluten-free penne pasta
½ cup of Miyokos vegan mozzarella
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup dairy-free milk
½ tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning

Directions

Prepare pasta according to box.

Melt vegan mozzarella with lemon juice and milk in a pan, stirring until it forms a sauce.

Add pasta and everything but the bagel seasoning to pan with sauce. Stir until pasta is coated in sauce.

Top with scallions and more everything but the bagel seasoning.
