Protein Rotini, Pasta Salad

Enjoy this pasta dish @fitfoodieg. We used Ancient Harvest Plant-Based Protein rotini pasta to make this dish.

Ingredients

1 box of Ancient Harvest Plant-Based Protein rotini pasta
1 cup roasted butternut squash
1 cup roasted brussels sprouts
1 cup roasted yellow onions
ΒΌ cup dried cranberries
ΒΌ cup feta cheese
ΒΌ cup chopped pecans
ΒΌ cup poppyseed dressing

Directions

Prepare the pasta according to box directions. Once cooled add in the veggies, cheese, nuts and stir to combine. Top with dressing and refrigerate until ready to eat.
