Protein Pasta Mac & Cheese

Enjoy this Protein Pasta Mac & Cheese Recipe by @wholesomely_hannah. We used Ancient Harvest Protein Pasta Penne Pasta to make this dish.

Ingredients

1 cup Ancient Harvest Protein Penne Pasta
1 tsp EVOO
1 tsp minced garlic
Pinch of salt
¼ cup Parmesan & Asiago blend, shredded
1 to 2 tbsp slivered almond

Directions

Cook 1 cup of Ancient Harvest Grain Free Veggie Penne Pasta according to instructions on the box.
Rinse cooked pasta briefly with cold water to stop it from cooking (I like my pasta al dente).
Toss it with evoo, a little minced garlic, & a pinch of salt
Transfer the pasta into a mini 3.5” cast iron skillet
Top with shredded cheese.
Sprinkle with slivered almond for some texture.
Bake at 375F for 5 min. Enjoy!
