Mason Jars Quinoa Salad

1 cup fresh strawberries cut in coins.
1 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Quinoa or Ancient Harvest Harmony Quinoa or Ancient Harvest Inca Quinoa
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup grapes tomatoes cut in half
1 cup microgreens

1 cup spinach
1 cup cilantro
Half red onion
Juice of 1 lemon
¼ cup pecans
3 garlic cloves
¼ cup olive oil



To make the dressing, place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. You can add water to blend to the desired consistency. Transfer to a separate container and set aside.


You’ll need 3 mason jars for this recipe. Divide each ingredient starting with the strawberries into the jars.

You can add the amount of dressing you’ll need in the mason jar before you leave for work or if you are home right before you are ready to eat.
