PB & Jelly Protein Granola


Enjoy this Quinoa Granola Recipe by @marykateeccles. We used Ancient Harvest Quinoa Flakes to make this dish.


1 ½ cups of Ancient Harvest quinoa flakes
1 ½ cups of gluten free rolled oats
½ cup of natural peanut butter, melted or softened
¼ cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp liquid coconut oil
¼ cup dried cranberries
dash of pink salt


Preheat oven to 325°F.
Mix together all dry ingredients and add in wet ingredients.
Mix until well combined.
Press granola down in an even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Let cool completely and enjoy!
