Ingredients

1 banana, mashed.
4 tbsp maple syrup
4 tbsp almond butter
1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
½ cup Pamela’s Pancake mix
2 cups Ancient Harvest Traditional Quinoa, cooked.
1 tsp baking soda
½ cup dark chocolate chunks

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350F.

Mix all the ingredients minus the chocolate. Once everything is incorporated you can add the chocolate chunks.

Using a small or large ice cream scoop or heaping tablespoon, drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheets. Dip your fingers into water and press on the cookies to flatten them out.

Bake the cookies for 12 to 15 minutes, voila!
