Quinoa Flakes Breakfast Cookies

Enjoy this Quinoa Breakfast Cookie Recipe by @pes.catarian.diet. We used Ancient Harvest Quinoa Flakes to make this dish.

Ingredients

¾ cup quinoa flakes
¼ cup rolled oats
¼ cup maple syrup
2 Tbsp cookie butter
1 ripe banana (mashed)
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Egg substitute using below
1 Tbsp chia seeds
3 Tbsp water

Directions

In a bowl
First combine the chia seed and water for 5 minutes.
Then, combine all the ingredients
Spoon 1 ½ Tbsp of batter on top of a cookie sheet (makes 8-10 depending on how big you shape them).
Bake at 350F for 15 to 17 minutes.

SERVE:
I dipped it in more cookie butter and a side of frozen berries.
