Quinoa Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond or other milk
  • ½ cup cooked Ancient Harvest Traditional Quinoa, cooled
  • 1 frozen ripe banana (or equivalent, in chunks)
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (fresh or canned)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • dash ground nutmeg
  • dash ground cloves
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or to taste *optional
  • approximately 5-6 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
