Ingredients
2 cups almond or other milk
½ cup cooked Ancient Harvest Traditional Quinoa, cooled
1 frozen ripe banana (or equivalent, in chunks)
1 cup pumpkin puree (fresh or canned)
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
dash ground nutmeg
dash ground cloves
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or to taste *optional
approximately 5-6 ice cubes
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
