Quinoa Salmon Patties


Quinoa is the basis of these high-protein, filling salmon patties by @fitnhealthy_. Give them a try with veggies, a lettuce wrap for a burger alternative, over a salad, or enjoy alone for an easy and nutritious meal.

  • Ancient Harvest Microwaveable Quinoa with Chickpeas and Garlic
  • 3, 6-ounce cans of boneless skinless wild pink salmon
  • 4 green onions, chopped (whites and greens)
  • ¼ cup flat leaf parsley leaves, chopped
  • Zest of a small lemon
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbs of avocado oil
  • Fresh cracked black pepper


  • Add salmon (drained) to a large bowl and flake with fork.
  • Mix in the green onion, parsley, lemon zest and eggs.
  • Mix with a spoon until well combined.
  • Add in one pouch of Ancient Harvest Microwaveable cooked quinoa
  • Add fresh cracked pepper to taste
  • Heat avocado oil in a large nonstick skillet, over medium to medium high heat.
  • Form salmon mixture into 8 patties. (I recommend silicone rings).
  • Working in batches fry the patties on one side until golden brown, flip and repeat.
