1 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Quinoa, cooked
1 can chickpea, drained
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ cup tahini


Preheat the oven to 425F.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and transfer to baking sheet line with parchment paper. Baked for 20 minutes.
