Salmon Pesto with Gluten Free Spaghetti Pasta

Enjoy this pasta dish @surayaskitchen. We used Ancient Harvest Corn, Brown Rice and Quinoa gluten free spaghetti pasta to make this dish.

Ingredients

1 lb salmon
⅓ cup oil to fry salmon
3 tablespoons basil pesto (I used homemade)
2 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
½ cup pasta water
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 package Ancient Harvest Corn, Brown Rice and Quinoa gluten free spaghetti pasta
½ cup freshly grated parmesan
Pine nuts for garnish
Basil for garnish

Directions

Cook spaghetti according to package.

Season salmon generously with salt, pepper and paprika, add oil to pan and allow it to get hot, add salmon and pan fry for 5 minutes on each side.

Once salmon is cooked set aside and start on creamy basil pesto sauce, add 3 tablespoons of pesto to a pan then add heavy whipping cream and pasta water allow it to simmer and add the freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Garnish with toasted pine nuts, basil and grated parmesan cheese.
