Ingredients
1 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Quinoa
2 cups water
½ tablespoon turmeric
2 teaspoons garlic
½ teaspoon ginger
½ lemon squeezed
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Bring water to a boil, then add the quinoa and reduce to a simmer for about 15 minutes or until water is evaporated. Remove from heat.
Add garlic, ginger, salt, pepper and turmeric, then cover to steam for an additional 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork and serve with sweet potatoes, avocado and soft boiled egg.
