Vegetable Stir-Fry with Protein Pasta

This Vegetable Stir-Fry with our protein-packed Ancient Harvest Plant-Based Protein Red Lentil Linguine can be on the table in under 10 minutes, and since those noodles are also filled with fiber, you’ll be satisfying your taste buds while fueling your body with wholesome ingredients.

  • 1 box Ancient Harvest Plant-Based Protein Red Lentil Linguine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Bragg® Liquid Aminos, or gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 floret broccoli, rough chopped
  • 1 cup green beans
  • ¼ cup green onions, diced


  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, to al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet and add gluten-free soy sauce and vegetables to the pan cooking until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Toss vegetables and pasta together, divide into serving bowls and top with green onions.
