Quick and Easy Quinoa Bowl

Quinoa bowls are easier than ever to assemble with our new heat-and-eat quinoa varieties. This delicious bowl comes together in under 10 minutes and is just a starting point for add-ins. Throw in extra veggies you have on hand to mix it up any night of the week. Recipe by @lovethroughplants.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Ancient Harvest Heat-and-Eat Quinoa (any variety would be delicious!)
  • 1 cup of broccoli florets
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • ½ of a cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 avocado

Directions

  1. Steam the broccoli, tomatoes, and spinach until the spinach and tomatoes have wilted and the broccoli has cooked to your liking.
  2. Warm the Heat-and-Eat Quinoa in the microwave (90 seconds) OR on the stove with two tbsp. of water until it is hot.
  3. Serve the Heat-and-Eat Quinoa with the spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, and avocado.
  4. Enjoy!
