When you start to feel the tug of sweet and savory treats in the afternoon, you need a quick and easy snack so you can get back to your list of to-do’s. Instead of reaching for that basic granola bar, opt for something warm, hearty and satisfying, like these hot cereal muffins that can be made in less than 5 minutes.

Rosemary and Goat Cheese Muffin Ingredients

2 packets Ancient Harvest™ Traditional Hot Gluten-Free Cereal
1 egg
¼ cup milk
¼ cup water
1 teaspoon rosemary
2 tablespoons goat cheese crumbles

Directions

  1. Empty 2 packets of Ancient Harvest™ Traditional Hot Gluten-Free Cereal into a microwave-safe jar or mug.
  2. Stir in egg, water and milk, mixing well.
  3. Add rosemary and goat cheese crumbles, stir and microwave for 2 minutes.
  4. Careful – jar or mug will be hot! Allow to cool slightly before serving.
