Well, if you have 5 minutes to spare, you can walk out the door with a wholesome, homemade breakfast muffin made with hearty oats and complete protein ancient grains.

You read that right! With just 5 minutes and a couple packets of Ancient Harvest™ Gluten-Free Hot Cereal you can create a delicious, gluten-free breakfast muffin and be on your way. Your mornings will never look the same again, and it’s a beautiful thing.

Triple Berry Muffin Ingredients

2 packets Ancient Harvest™ Apple Cinnamon Hot Gluten-Free Cereal
1 egg
¼ cup milk, or non-dairy milk of choice
¼ cup water
¼ cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
Suggested toppings: coconut shavings, dark chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Empty 2 packets of Ancient Harvest™ Apple Cinnamon Hot Gluten-Free Cereal into a microwave-safe jar or mug.
  2. Stir in egg, water and milk, mixing well.
  3. Add mixed berries, stir and microwave for 2 minutes.
  4. Careful – jar or mug will be hot! Allow to cool slightly before serving.
