Triple Berry Muffin Ingredients
2 packets Ancient Harvest™ Apple Cinnamon Hot Gluten-Free Cereal
¼ cup milk, or non-dairy milk of choice
¼ cup water
¼ cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
Suggested toppings: coconut shavings, dark chocolate chips
- Empty 2 packets of Ancient Harvest™ Apple Cinnamon Hot Gluten-Free Cereal into a microwave-safe jar or mug.
- Stir in egg, water and milk, mixing well.
- Add mixed berries, stir and microwave for 2 minutes.
- Careful – jar or mug will be hot! Allow to cool slightly before serving.
