This Thick Like Cake Quinoa Porridge is a great way to switch up your normal oatmeal breakfast. Created by our friend Livia at @livlabelfree.
⅓ cup quinoa flakes
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein
½ cup cauliflower rice (optional)
1 cup milk of choice
Add the quinoa flakes, protein powder, cauliflower rice (if using), and milk to a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil.
Reduce heat to low and allow porridge to simmer until thick and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl and top with whatever you desire! I did frozen raspberries, almond butter, and cacao nibs!
