1 cup Ancient Grain Power Blend, cooked.
4 cups lettuces Mix
1 carrot, grated.
1 pear, cut into small pieces.
1 cup sweet potato, cubes, and roasted.
2 tbsp dry cherries or cranberries
4 tbsp pistachios

2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
¼ cup olive oil


For the salad place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well, set aside.
For the vinaigrette, mix all the ingredients and add to the salad mix well divided into two bowls. Enjoy!
