  1. Slice 1 tube of Heat and Eat Polenta into 1/2-inch-thick rounds
  2. Toss sliced polenta with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and salt and pepper.
  3. Heat remaining olive oil in a large skillet over medium to medium-high heat.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
