Quinoa Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Quinoa 
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Flax Seed
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/3 cup Honey

Directions

1. Add 1/2 cup of uncooked quinoa and 1 cup of water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cover for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool.
2. In a large bowl add cooked quinoa, maple syrup, flax seed, peanut butter, vanilla extract, salt, chocolate chips, vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, and honey. Mix together.
3. Roll into balls.
4. Place balls on a sheet pan and place in freezer. Freeze for 6 hours.
5. Enjoy!
