Rosemary Polenta

Rosemary Polenta is a warm and comforting side dish ready to be paired with any meal! This creamy dish is delicious and flavorful bringing the perfect addition to your table!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • One tube Ancient Harvest Polenta 
  • 3 tbsp Rosemary
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • Salt
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  1. Bring chicken broth and milk to low boil.
  2. Add polenta, rosemary, pepper and a good pinch of salt. Stir frequently for 25 minutes. (Add water to thin if polenta gets too thick to stir before it softens)
  3. Stir in butter, honey, and cheese.
  4. Pour polenta into a bowl and serve.
