3 cups Ancient Harvest Traditional Quinoa, cooked
4 carrots, grated
4 pieces Salmon, cooked
½ avocado, cut in pieces
Radishes, slices thinly
Cucumbers, slices thinly
Red Cabbage, slices thinly
Mint, slices thinly
Basil, slices thinly
Microgreens
Hot sauce of your choice

Directions

Place everything on plates on the table and let everyone create their own bowls.
