Range Top Directions: Gently squeeze sides of pouch to break apart quinoa. Pour contents into skillet. Add 2 tbsp of water, cover, and heat on medium. Stir occasionally until heated. Serve immediately. 

Microwave Directions: Squeeze pouch to separate quinoa. Tear open 2.5 inches to vent. Heat in microwave on high for 90 seconds. Cook 2 pouches for 2.5 minutes. Times may vary. Take care when handling hot pouch. Refrigerate unused portion.
