Ingredients

1 cup quinoa
½ cup water
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp poppy seed
2 tbsp sesame seed

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400F.
Soak the quinoa for 5 hours or more. Rinse the quinoa well.
Transfer to the Vitamix and add the water, and salt. Blend well for about 1 minute. Add the sesame and the poppy seeds and quickly pulse just so it blends in.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet covered avocado oil spray and create one big rectangle. Try to spread it very evenly so you don’t have spots that cooks faster than others.
Bake the crust for about 15 minutes flip it, cut into squares and bake for another 3-4 minutes.
