Ingredients

  • 1 box of Ancient Harvest Pasta Shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley
  • cherry tomatoes, halved

Butter Sauce

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried mint
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp pepper paste, mild
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Yogurt Sauce

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Cook Ancient Harvest Pasta Shells according to package.
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef until it is almost cooked all the way through (about 3 minutes).
  3. Add in your diced onion, onion powder, paprika, and tomato paste.
  4. Cook until the ground beef is cooked through and the onions are translucent. Then, set aside.
  5. In a smaller skillet, melt butter over low heat. Once melted, add pepper paste, olive oil, mint, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Mix to combine, then set aside.
  6. Make your yogurt sauce in a bowl. Add yogurt, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add 1 tbsp of water at a time while stirring to make the yogurt sauce less thick until you get to the consistency you want.
  7. Assemble your bowl! Add the cooked pasta at the bottom, then drizzle a spoonful of butter sauce over, then add some yogurt sauce on top, add your cooked ground beef, then top with parsley and tomatoes. Enjoy!
