How to:
1. Combine 1 cup of uncooked Ancient Harvest Traditional Quinoa and 2 cups of water in a pot. Add salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cover pan.
2. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes and remove the pan from the heat. Keep covered and let stand for 5 minutes. Then, remove the lid and fluff quinoa.
3. In a bowl whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and salt & pepper.
4. In a large bowl toss together the cooked quinoa, pomegranate seeds, parsley, and the dressing made in step 3.
5. Enjoy!
