Showing Love for Lentils


While our love for gluten-free ancient grains never fades, here at Ancient Harvest, lentils are definitely having a moment. The delicious and nutritious little legumes can be found throughout our collection of recipes, from grill-ready veggie burgers to flavorful pasta salads. And we’re not just showing love for lentils because they taste good. Lentils promote healthy digestion with their fiber content, they are packed with plant-based protein, and they offer significant amounts of folate, magnesium, antioxidants and other minerals. What’s more, lentils are incredibly easy to prepare and are so versatile that they can be used in just about any savory dish.

Looking for some easy and delicious ways to enjoy lentils for yourself? Try:

Lentils in a soup or stew.

Lentil salad.
