Overnight Quinoa Flake Tiramisu

Who says you can’t have dessert for breakfast? This overnight quinoa flake tiramisu is the perfect way to start your day! This recipe is super easy and great for busy mornings to take on the go!

Ingredients

Quinoa Flake Layer:

  • 1/2 cup Ancient Harvest Quinoa Flakes
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free milk (soy, oat, almond)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Yogurt Layer:

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cocoa Powder

Directions

  1. Make your quinoa flake base with Ancient Harvest Quinoa Flakes, milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir together and place plastic wrap over it. Place in the fridge for 8 hrs.
  2. Make the top layer with yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Pour this yogurt mixture over your quinoa flake base and top with cocoa powder.
  3. Enjoy!
